OTP Bank Liga (NB I)

Nemzeti Bajnokság I (NB I) — currently sponsored as the OTP Bank Liga — is the top flight of Hungarian football, founded in 1901 and one of the oldest leagues in the world. Twelve clubs compete each season, playing one another three times, with the champion advancing to UEFA Champions League qualifying and the next two places (plus the Magyar Kupa winner) entering UEFA Europa Conference League qualifying; the bottom two clubs are relegated to NB II. Ferencváros TC holds the record for most league titles in the competition's long history.
