The Unión Centroamericana de Fútbol (UNCAF), or Central American Football Union, was formed in 1990 and represents seven national football associations — Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama — all of which are also members of CONCACAF. From 1991 to 2017, UNCAF organized the Copa Centroamericana as its premier national-team tournament (originally the UNCAF Nations Cup), also serving as a CONCACAF Gold Cup qualifier; Costa Rica won the competition eight times, the most of any nation.

Canada Soccer is the official governing body for soccer in Canada. In partnership with its members, Canada Soccer promotes the growth and development of soccer in Canada, from grassroots to high performance, and on a national scale. Soccer is the largest participatory sport in Canada and is considered the fastest growing sport in the country. There are nearly 1,000,000 registered Canada Soccer active participants in Canada within 1,200 clubs that operate in 13 provincial/territorial member associations. Canada Soccer is affiliated with the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), The Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football (Concacaf) and the Canadian Olympic Committee.

The Panamanian Football Federation (FEPAFUT), founded in 1937 and a year later affiliated to FIFA, is the governing body of national football. As the absolute responsible for the development of football in Panama, the FEPAFUT has the commitment and responsibility to manage the different areas that make up Panama’s football, strictly following a code of ethics and capacity that allow us to assert and protect the principles and values of sport and our society. The Federación Mexicana de Fútbol (FMF) is the official governing body of football in Mexico, overseeing the men's and women's national teams, all youth and futsal/beach soccer national teams, and Liga MX with its full professional promotion structure. Founded on 23 August 1927 to replace the Federación Central de Fútbol under first president Humberto Garza Ramos, the FMF has been an affiliate member of FIFA since 1929 and a founding affiliate member of CONCACAF since 1961. It is headquartered in Toluca, State of Mexico, and Liga MX — founded in 1943 — currently ranks first in CONCACAF's league index.
